My focus is to create a safe, inclusive space for you so that you can explore your individual challenges & how you envision your ideal life. I respect & encourage the individuality of every person's life story. I've supported people struggling w/ trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction, & people struggling w/ difficult life transitions. I enjoy helping young people to navigate through transitional /quarter life crises. I have experience as a trauma & crisis counselor. I offer compassionate, direct feedback, & I often use humor in my practice. I know starting therapy can be intimidating part for many people. I hope to prevent that and to talk with you about your goals for therapy, and how you envision a life worth living.
